Welcome to the First Baptist Church Website.  We are glad for your visit and hope you are able to discover and learn more about our church family.

Our goal at First Baptist Church is to Know, Grow, and Go.  As a church family we desire to Know God.  We search to experience God’s love through the grace of Christ and the peace of the Holy Spirit.  As a church family we strive to Grow in our faith through spiritual formation and the fellowship of authentic community.  As a church family we commit to Going  and serving God through our service to others.  First Baptist is not only a place for folks to come to church, but for us as a family of believers to be the Church.  First Baptist Church family seeks to live out our faith by being the presence of Christ in our community.

Regardless of your church background or life experiences, we invite you to partner with us as we all journey together serving God.  We recognize that sometimes life can be challenging.  We are thankful for God’s grace and want to be a place of encouragement and hope, a place where we can know the love of God as we worship our Creator and give thanks for the many blessings we have, a place where we can grow in our faith through spiritual formation, a place to be encouraged through authentic fellowship, and a place to go be the Church in our community.         Peace and Joy,         Matt Storie
